Check order information, confirm order with customer, delivery desk needs to send to driver at the address provided by the sender.
Pack the goods carefully, prepare invoices and delivery notes, choose the appropriate shipping method, create a delivery note and hand over the goods to the shipping unit.
Deliver to the recipient, collect cash on delivery (COD) as requested by the sender
Refund the cash on delivery to the sender through a bank account. Receive customer feedback, handle any arising issues (if any).
